Durham was founded in 1922 and has developed into one of the leading producers of metal and plastic products for packaging, storage, organization of maintenance products as well as heavy duty material handling equipment, storage and workstations.   Headquartered in Durham, Connecticut, our plants are state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facilities totalling over a quarter of a million square feet.   Production is centered around the high speed, precision fabrication of sheet and coiled steel utilitizing automated  stamping, forming, welding, degreasing and powder coating equipment many units of which are CNC and robotic. This broad capability has now been expanded to include plastic injection molding, silk screening and the ability to offer a choice of finish colors. Warehouses: There is no match for the convenience of a network of 7 satellite warehouses. Six are strategically located across the US in addition to our Connecticut Distribution Center. The majority of our standard storage product lines are always in stock, ready for immediate delivery or customer pick-up. And it’s not only a matter of product availability and quick delivery, it’s a matter of dramatically cutting freight cost.
